Billing or campaign review

Include the campaign URL or campaign id, billing email, Stripe Checkout reference if visible, and the decision you need.

Publisher payout

Include the project URL or project id, maintainer email, payout status, and whether Stripe Connect is pending, restricted, or ready.

Security or privacy

Include the affected URL, reproduction steps, data involved, and whether the report is time-sensitive.

Before launch-critical changes

Send operator email for campaign approvals, unusual publisher surfaces, privacy-sensitive questions, security reports, or anything that affects real advertiser money. TipCLI will not publish fake sponsors, fake earnings, or unreviewed campaign claims.
