Terms of service
These launch terms explain how TipCLI handles advertisers, publishers, Stripe Connect payout readiness, and manual fallback operations. They are intentionally plain-language and do not create fake sponsor liquidity, fake earnings, or fake payout promises.
Service
TipCLI helps publishers show privacy-safe sponsor cards inside developer tools. Advertisers create paid campaigns for manual review, and publishers choose where to integrate the SDK.
Acceptable use
You may not use TipCLI for misleading claims, malware, credential theft, surveillance, adult content, hate, harassment, or campaigns that impersonate another company or project.
Advertiser review
Campaigns are pending until manually approved. We may reject, pause, or end a campaign when the message, destination, category, or developer experience is not a fit.
Payments and payouts
Advertisers reserve budget through Stripe Checkout before review. If TipCLI rejects a paid campaign, the campaign receives a recorded revision, credit, refund, no-refund, or held follow-up status. Publisher payouts use verified delivery and Stripe Connect readiness: eligible impressions are reviewed against campaign terms before any payout is marked verified, scheduled, or paid.
Payout verification
TipCLI excludes unpaid campaigns, unapproved campaigns, disabled SDK runs, CI traffic, and internal fixtures from payable delivery. Gross delivery value in dashboards is based on real campaign CPM and verified impressions before final TipCLI fee or payout terms. Verified payable and paid payout amounts appear only after admin verification and payout evidence.
Publisher responsibilities
Publishers are responsible for integrating the SDK in appropriate developer workflow surfaces, respecting developer opt-out, and removing the SDK if it no longer fits their project or users.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. We make a good-faith effort to keep production available, but TipCLI does not guarantee specific campaign delivery, revenue, conversion value, or uninterrupted uptime.
Questions about campaign fit, billing, invoicing, publisher payout status, or data handling can be sent through Contact TipCLI. Also read the privacy promise and the advertiser review policy, and the payout policy.
