Advertiser campaign intake

Sponsor developer workflows without guessing where your budget went.

TipCLI is for developer-first companies that want one reviewed sponsor card inside opted-in CLIs, agents, MCP servers, templates, plugins, and local apps. To run a paid campaign, create an advertiser account, choose a package, pay through Stripe, and pass manual review before anything can serve.

A public inquiry does not reserve budget, approve a campaign, start delivery, imply maintainer endorsement, or create a payout obligation. Paid delivery starts only after advertiser authentication, Stripe payment, manual approval, and eligible publisher matching. Use this page for fit questions; use the authenticated advertiser account path when you are ready to create and fund a campaign.

Step 1

Check fit

Use the public sponsor path when you want category, launch timing, or developer-tool fit guidance before committing budget.

Step 2

Create campaign

Your advertiser account stores the sponsor URL, message, package, budget, caps, and billing contact.

Step 3

Pay through Stripe

Stripe Checkout reserves the campaign budget. Payment alone does not start delivery.

Step 4

Pass manual review

TipCLI reviews destination, claim, category fit, and developer experience before a card can serve.

Reviewed packages

Start with visible terms, not vague reach.

Packages show budget, CPM, reviewed impression cap, and review policy before checkout. TipCLI does not sell fake sponsors, fake earnings, fake logos, guaranteed conversions, or hidden tracking.
